No question, THE place to take you laptop!My problem stumped Geek Squad and Office Depot. And they wanted ~$90 just to dive deeper with no guarantees.SOS was willing to look at it for free. They found and fixed the problem and then the cost for parts and labor was quite good for what they were able to do.On top of that, my time constraints were unique and they worked around them for me!Not only did they fix my problem, but they saved my future butt by detecting a swollen battery during a full diagnostic check that they ran after the repair.The owners were friendly and helpful, too. They answered some questions that will help me installing upgrades when I get home.I highly recommend them.

The guys at SOS were great. My laptop crashed snd they had me back up and running quickly. James was my tech. He took the time to research what was wrong and kept me informed every step of the way. Prices are super fair. Will definitely recommend them!

SOS Computers & Networks, aren't only Super professional, they are very honest, unlike other places I tried. Go to them, NO WHERE ELSE.Yesterday, I needed to fix my broken computer. it was a very minor problem. I asked several places first including Refresh computer who asked me for $100 & a week’s time to get it done, plus additional cost for the parts to replace. Well guess what? I went to SOS computer ! My saviors & hero’s! They fixed my laptop in less than 30 minutes, & for FREE! They told me that not much needed to be done and couldn’t let me pay for that . How amazing ? If I could , I would give them 500 stars on reviews, not only 5 stars. SOS Computers & Networks you Rock.

This place is amazing and really knows their computers. I started with UBreakitIFixIt and they told me the wrong things that SOS knew right away. Best Buy was going to charge 90 just to send to a place to run a diagnostic. If you have any repairs needs definitely come here!

My son's birthday is coming up at the end of the month. I have an old gateway laptop that I couldn't unscrew the small PCI-e screw. For free, Manny handle the issue without asking for a dime. For the record I offered to pay but he refused. This is what real support looks like! Thanks SOS team. He had the hold office finding tools just to help me, for free! I plan to come back for a few other small projects in the future.Kent
