This is not the first time I turned to SOS Computers for technical assistance. After my hard-drive recently crashed and the back-up hard drives possibly defaulted, they were able to retrieve and reinstall all my documents that I thought were lost forever. They are a phenomenal group of techs who really know their stuff, are very easy to work with, and whose prices are well worth their professionalism. Thanks Ben, James, Manny. Great job.
